Project- Our modeling services allow you to visualize designs in 3 dimensions. Now, even if you don't have the time to invest, you can have 3D representations, images, animations, or large format prints of your design. That's what Perry Williams and Paul Peck, Managing Partners of the Rangeley Lake Resort needed, a visualization of the "soon to be constructed" Clubhouse for the time share condominium resort located on beautiful Rangeley Lake in Rangeley, Maine. Rangeley Lake Resort, Maine's newest vacation ownership resort, is a charming cluster of log cabins, on a 35-acre lake front parcel that was once the golf course of the prestigious Rangeley Lake House. Separated by stands of white birch, poplar, and fir, this setting provides natural beauty, privacy, and a sense of exclusivity rarely available on Maine Lakes. The clubhouse with magnificent views overlooking the lake, will be open year round to members. It will include a fully-equipped athletic facility, heated pool, jetted hot tub, and cedar sauna. Some additional features will be a 60 foot dock on the lake with moorings for resident boats, the interstate snowmobile trail network, along with hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing trails. In order to gain planning board approval quickly, Perry and Paul solicited the talents of CADDVANTAGE, Inc. to produce a visualization of the clubhouse and site. In a 5 day period, working from photographs, manufacturers drawings, and descriptions of the "to be built facility", we produced a 3d model of the Moosehead Cedar Log Home building complete with deck and indoor/outdoor pool. We placed the model on a site reproduced from description and added an actual photograph of a view of Rangeley Lake as a background! We then printed several views, 20" x 30", and mounted them on foam core for planning board viewing.
