Preferred Client Support Contracts
We offer Support contracts, which vary depending on your needs. Please call us and let us define a support structure that will best suit your needs. Once you have a support contract, you become a "Preferred Client" This entitles you to your very own Support team. This team will consist of a senior network engineer and up to two primary technicians. The senior network engineer will be responsible for overall system performance and reliability, as well as for planning future IT projects. The senior network engineer will have ultimate responsibility for the IT system. It is his/her job to ensure that the IT system is functioning properly and that any interruptions in service are resolved in a timely manner. The primary technicians are responsible for day-to-day administration of the network, as follows:

  • Ensuring the proper operation of the computer work stations;
  • Troubleshooting any issues with network users;
  • Installing newly hired users or replacing legacy systems on the network;
  • Performing helpdesk type functions and training; and
  • Informing the senior network engineer of any issues with the network servers.

    You will also have available to you, priority support numbers for ALL of your technicians, which will allow you to have immediate access to them! You will also have access to the benefits of our "Cost Plus" Hardware Procurement and our "Best Price" Software Procurement programs.
